Meet the Doctor
Dr. Elvia Greathouse is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She earned her medical degree from University of Colorado in 1999, and completed her residency training at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids Michigan in 2003.She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a member of the Society of Reconstructive Gynecologists, and the Monroe County Medical Association.
Dr. Greathouse relocated to the Bloomington area in 2007 with her Husband and 3 children. She took a year out of private practice to focus on the needs of her small children after her husband was deployed to Iraq.
She enjoys educating women on their health care needs and concerns. Her personal interests include reading, cooking, photography, and scuba diving.
